Everything the tool actually does

Each module works on a folder you select. The original file is copied to a .bak backup first, the edit runs in a background task, and the result is written to the live log with a clear success or failure line.

OEM Payjoy Edit

Removes the Payjoy OEM entry from the oeminfo image so the device no longer carries the carrier lock payload.

  • Select the folder that contains the image

OTG OEM Edit

Strips the OEM version restriction block from oeminfo, which is what blocks OTG OEM data from being accepted.

Cleans Qualcomm service entries inside the persist image, leaving the rest of the partition untouched.

Activation

From download to first edit

HW Editor uses a machine-bound online license. Your Hardware ID comes from the PC itself, so the same activation follows that machine.

Download and extract

Get HwEditor.zip from the official MediaFire link, then extract it to any folder.

Run HwEditor.exe

The activation window appears. It shows your unique Hardware ID and a status line.

Send your Hardware ID

Use Copy ID and send the 64-character ID to your supplier or admin for activation.

Check status and start

Press Check License Status. Once active, the main tool window opens.

FAQ

Quick answers

Is the license tied to one PC?
Yes. Activation is bound to the Hardware ID generated from your machine. Send that ID to your admin once and the license stays attached to it.
Can I use it offline?
After a successful online activation the app stores a local active marker. When the internet is unavailable it can start from that marker, but it still performs an online check whenever a connection exists.
Why does it say my license is disabled?
A disabled status means the Hardware ID was deactivated or banned by the administrator. Tap the green WhatsApp button to contact the admin and restore it.
Does it overwrite my files permanently?
Every edited file is copied to a .bak file first. If an edit does not produce the expected result you can restore the .bak and try again with a clean copy.
